Tourists

The speed limit at the resort is 40 km/h. Why? Because some tourists are silly. They do things like ride their bicycles on the wrong side of the road, and walk backwards onto the road whilst taking photos of something marvelously interesting like a signpost or a phone booth. This place is like a little microcosm of the world at large. Some tourists are friendly and you can strike up a conversation with them easily. Some simply ignore you. Yes, it is true that people are like that everywhere. But here, somehow, it becomes more... apparent.
